Mobile
Set up NyxonProxies Mobile proxies on real 4G and 5G carrier IPs. Gateway and ports, country and carrier targeting, sticky sessions and best uses.
Mobile proxies send your requests through IPs that belong to mobile carriers, the same addresses phones get on 4G and 5G. Carriers share each public IP among many subscribers, so websites are cautious about blocking these addresses, which makes Mobile a strong choice for the strictest targets and for anything that should look like phone traffic.
Connection details
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Host | geo.gw.nyxon.sh |
| HTTP port | 8080 |
| SOCKS5 port | 1080 |
| Login | The username and password of your Mobile plan |
Mobile shares the host and ports with Residential. Your plan's credentials decide which pool you get, so a Mobile login always exits on a mobile carrier.
curl -x http://USERNAME:[email protected]:8080 https://ipinfo.io/jsonTargeting
| Level | Parameter | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Country | -country-{cc} | USERNAME-country-gb |
| Carrier | -asn-{number} | USERNAME-country-gb-asn-25135 |
The country list for Mobile differs from Residential. The proxy generator shows the countries available for your Mobile plan.
A carrier is targeted by its ASN, the number that identifies its network. AS25135 is Vodafone in the United Kingdom. Look up the ASN of the carrier you need with any ASN lookup service, put it after the country, and check the result with ipinfo.io/json, whose org field shows the network. In the proxy generator, pick a country and then a carrier from the Carrier (ASN) list. More in Location targeting.
State and city targeting are not available on Mobile.
Sessions
Mobile supports rotating and sticky sessions:
USERNAME-country-gb
USERNAME-country-gb-session-a1b2c3d4-time-30The first line rotates. The second keeps one mobile IP for up to 30 minutes. A phone can lose signal or switch towers, and carriers reassign IPs, so a mobile session can move to a new IP before the time is up. Keep sessions as short as the task allows and let your code continue after an IP change. See Rotating and sticky sessions.

Good fits
- Social media and app accounts, one sticky session per account.
- Testing what a mobile app or a mobile site shows on a given carrier.
- Targets that block residential and datacenter traffic but let phones through.
- Ad checks for mobile placements.
For the app side, set the proxy on the phone itself: see iPhone and iPad and Android.
Mobile or Residential
Mobile IPs carry the most trust and cost more per GB. Start with Residential for general scraping, and move a target to Mobile when it keeps blocking residential traffic or when the task has to come from a phone network.
