What we keep.
No KYC is not the same as no data. This is what the account holds while it is open, straight from the privacy policy.

- The IP address used at registration and sign-in, for abuse prevention and account recovery.

- Crypto invoice identifiers, amounts and on-chain references. Never card details, because cards are not accepted.

- Bytes per plan, connection counts and error rates: what you are billed on. Detailed for 90 days, then aggregated.
- traffic content
- Not inspected, logged or stored.

- OXAPay sees the invoice amount, a payment reference and the email attached to the invoice.
No KYC, still rules.
Every account is bound by the terms, and every plan is metered and tied to an account. One account per person or organisation.
Acceptable use is enforced, and this is what it rules out.
- 01Anything unlawful in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction of the target.
- 02Fraud, phishing, credential stuffing, account takeover, carding or payment abuse.
- 03Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or automated abuse of third-party services against their terms.
- 04Malware, attacks, port scanning or anything that harms networks, devices or people.
- 05Reports go to [email protected]. Accounts that break these rules can be suspended or terminated without refund.
Why we can skip it.
KYC exists to stop payment fraud. A prepaid crypto balance removes most of it.

Common questions.
Do I need ID to buy proxies at NyxonProxies?
No. There is no identity verification at sign-up, at top-up or later. You need an email address, a username and a password.
Why does the account need an email address?
To confirm the account with a one-time code, to reset the password and to send payment confirmations. It is also how support finds your account.
Do I have to give a phone number?
No. A phone number is not asked for at any point.
How do I pay without KYC?
With crypto: BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, USDT or XMR, from $1. Crypto is the only payment method, so there is no card or bank account to tie to you.
Is no-KYC the same as anonymous?
No. We keep the account email, the IP addresses used to register and sign in (for abuse prevention and account recovery) and usage counters per plan. We do not inspect, log or store the content of the traffic that passes through the proxies.
What happens if someone abuses a no-KYC account?
Abuse reports go to [email protected]. Accounts that break the acceptable-use policy can be suspended or terminated without refund, and where the law requires it we cooperate with authorities.
