Put the username and password of your plan in place of USERNAME and PASSWORD. The lines are host:port:username:password. The proxy generator in the dashboard writes whole lists, in the format your tool needs. Dedicated ISP plans list their own host and port for every IP.

Add -country-us to the username of your Residential plan, for example geo.gw.nyxon.sh:8080:USERNAME-country-us:PASSWORD. Every request sent with that username leaves from an IP in the United States. The proxy generator in the dashboard writes these lines for you.
Residential, Residential Budget and Unlimited Residential have exits in the United States. Dedicated ISP plans come with static IPs from a pool in the United States, picked at checkout. Datacenter, Shared ISP, IPv6 Residential and IPv6 Datacenter draw from US pools, so their lines need no location parameter.
Yes, on Residential and Unlimited Residential. Add a session ID and a hold time in minutes, up to 120: USERNAME-country-us-session-a1b2c3d4-time-30. Every connection with that username keeps the same IP while the session holds. Unlimited Residential takes the time first: USERNAME-country-us-time-30-session-a1b2c3d4. Residential Budget rotates on every request.
No. Prices are set per product, not per country, so a GB of Residential costs the same in the United States as anywhere else. The current rates are on the pricing page.
Yes, on Residential. The catalog covers 34 states and 70 cities. Write the name in lower case without spaces: USERNAME-country-us-state-newyork, or USERNAME-country-us-state-texas-city-houston for a city.
