Manage your plans
Track traffic, add bandwidth, read usage and performance charts, change the proxy password and find expiry dates for every NyxonProxies plan.
Every plan you buy appears in My plans, with its live usage. Open a plan to see its connection details, charts and actions.
The plan list
My plans shows every plan you own, with live usage and the last 24 hours of traffic.
- Filter by All, Active or Expired, or use the search.
- Switch between Card view and Table view.
- Each plan shows its product, status, usage and expiry. Generate opens the proxy generator for that plan.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | The plan works and has traffic or time left. |
| Expiring | The plan is close to its end date. |
| Expired | The plan has ended. Buy a new plan to continue. |
| Pending | The plan is not active yet, for example while a crypto payment confirms. |
Plans without an end date show No expiry.

Plan info
The Plan info card lists the plan ID, the bandwidth, how much is used, the expiry date, the proxy username and the status. Refresh data pulls the latest numbers.
Usage
The headline figures show Used, Remaining and Plan size, plus Runs out: the date the traffic would run out at the pace of the last 24 hours. Below them are the traffic in the Last hour and the Last 24 hours, and the Current rate, averaged over 5 minutes.
The Usage chart shows what the plan used and when. Choose a range from 1 hour to 30 days, or all time, and switch between Per interval and Cumulative. Show as table lists the same numbers as rows. Hover a bar, or use the arrow keys, to read one interval.
The Activity pattern shows traffic by hour over the last 7 days, which makes it easy to see when your jobs run.
For plans billed by speed or per IP, the page notes that there is no gigabyte cap to track.
Connection
The Connection card holds everything a client needs: Host, HTTP port, SOCKS5 port, Username and Password, plus a ready-to-use user:pass@host:port line. The password is hidden until you reveal it. Open the proxy generator takes you to the generator with this plan selected.
Performance
For Datacenter, Shared ISP and the IPv6 products, the Performance card shows the connection health of the last 24 hours:
- Success rate, the number of connections and the Errors.
- Throughput in Mbps, with the average and the peak, and the cap of speed-based plans.
- Peak concurrency: the most simultaneous connections.
- Connection time, as the median and the 95th percentile.
- Response codes by class, the Top destinations and the Error types.
The figures appear once the plan carries traffic.
Add bandwidth or renew
Active plans that can grow have a button at the top of their page. The cost is paid from your balance, and the plan keeps its username and password, so your tools keep working.
| Plan | Button | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Residential, Residential Budget, Mobile | Add bandwidth | Adds gigabytes to the plan. |
| Datacenter, Shared ISP and IPv6 plans bought per GB | Add bandwidth | Adds gigabytes to the plan. |
| Dedicated ISP | Renew 30 days | Renews every IP on the plan for another 30 days, with the same IPs. |
To add bandwidth, pick 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 GB, or type any amount from 1 to 10,000 GB. The dialog shows the cost, your balance and what is left after, and the button names the exact price before you confirm. If your balance is too low, Top up takes you to the Balance page, see Add funds.
Only an active plan can be extended. Unlimited Residential and speed-based plans can't be extended: buy a new plan for more time.
Change the proxy password
On the plan page, click Change password, enter a New proxy password of at least 4 characters and click Update password. Dedicated ISP plans keep fixed credentials and have no Change password button.
Changing the password rotates all active sessions on the plan, and the old password stops working. Update every tool that uses the plan afterwards. The password of your dashboard account does not change.
When a plan ends
A per-GB plan stops when its traffic is used up, and a speed-based or per-IP plan when its period ends. Watch Remaining and Runs out to add bandwidth or renew while the plan is still active. Once it has ended, buy a new plan: it comes with its own username and password. See Buy a plan.
