Account and payments
Do I need to verify my identity?
No. You sign up with an email address and a password. There are no identity documents to upload. See Create an account.
How do I pay?
With crypto: BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, SOL and more. You top up your balance and buy plans from it, or pay for a single plan with its own crypto invoice. Cards are not accepted. See Add funds with crypto.
What is the minimum top-up?
$1. The largest single top-up is $10,000.
Does my balance expire?
No. Balance credit never expires. It can be spent on any plan but cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Link your Discord account under Freebies in the dashboard and you get 250MB of Residential Budget, once per account. See Free trial with Discord.
Can I get a refund?
If the network fails to perform on your target, unused bandwidth is credited back to your balance on request. Refunds to a wallet are at our discretion, for unused balance only, and may carry a network fee. The full rules are in the terms.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes. Enter it on the purchase page before you pay. See Buy a plan.
Products
Which product should I choose?
Residential for most scraping and protected sites, Residential Budget for cheap volume, Mobile for the strictest targets, Datacenter or Shared ISP for speed, and Dedicated ISP for fixed IPs. See Which product to use.
Which countries can I target?
It depends on the product. The proxy generator shows the live list of countries, and for Residential also US states and cities. Datacenter, Shared ISP and the IPv6 products use US exits.
Can I target a city or a mobile carrier?
City and US state targeting are available on Residential. Network (ASN) targeting works on Residential, and carrier targeting on Mobile. See Location targeting.
Does traffic on a plan expire?
A per-GB plan runs until its traffic is used up or until its expiry date, if the plan page shows one. Speed-based and per-IP plans run for the period you bought. Each plan shows its expiry in My plans.
Are the IPs shared?
Rotating pools are shared: an IP you use can be used by others at other times. Dedicated ISP IPs are assigned to you alone for the term.
Using the proxies
How do I authenticate?
With the username and password of your plan, on every product. There is no IP whitelist to maintain. See Authentication.
Do you support SOCKS5?
Yes. Every gateway product has a SOCKS5 port next to its HTTP port, with the same login. See HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5.
How do I keep the same IP?
Add a session ID to the username: USERNAME-session-a1b2c3d4-time-30. Requests with the same ID share one IP. See Rotating and sticky sessions.
How long can a sticky session last?
Up to 120 minutes. On Residential, Mobile and Unlimited Residential the exit is a real device, so it can change sooner if the device goes offline.
How do I get a new IP on every request?
Leave the session out of the username and open a new connection for each request. See Connections and tunnels.
Can I use NyxonProxies in an antidetect browser?
Yes. See the guides for AdsPower, Multilogin, GoLogin, Dolphin Anty and others in the sidebar.
Why does Chrome not accept my SOCKS5 proxy?
Chrome does not support SOCKS5 with a username and password. Use the HTTP port, or an app that handles the SOCKS5 login for the browser, such as Proxifier. See Google Chrome.
Privacy and rules
Do you log my traffic?
The content of traffic that passes through the proxies is not inspected, logged or stored. Usage metering, such as bytes per plan and connection counts, is kept for billing and for the charts in your dashboard. See the privacy policy.
What am I not allowed to do?
Anything unlawful, fraud, credential stuffing, account takeover, spam, attacks, malware, and anything that exploits minors, among others. Accounts that break the rules can be closed without refund. Read the acceptable use section of the terms.
How do I delete my account?
Write to us in live chat and we will close the account and delete your data.
Support
How do I contact support?
Live chat in the dashboard and on the site answers around the clock. You can also email [email protected]. Updates and announcements go out on the official Telegram channel and the Discord server. See Contact.
Do you have an API?
There is a Reseller API for partners who sell NyxonProxies plans to their own customers. For using proxies, no API call is needed: targeting and sessions go in the username.
