NyxonProxies vs SOAX: geo tiers, expiring credits and real costs compared (2026)
SOAX charges by plan and by the exit country's tier, through credits that expire after 60 days. NyxonProxies charges one flat rate per product in every country. Worked examples for the US and other markets, plus mobile prices, targeting, rotation and payment.

SOAX prices proxy traffic in a way no other large provider does. There is one rate for residential and mobile traffic, and that rate depends on two things: the plan you are on, and which of three country tiers the exit IP sits in. You pay through prepaid credits, and the credits expire. NyxonProxies charges a flat price per gigabyte for each product, the same in every country, from a balance that never expires. Because the models are so different, this comparison works through real examples rather than headline rates.
SOAX figures come from its pricing page and residential proxy page, checked on 23 October 2026. NyxonProxies prices are from its live catalog on the same day.
How SOAX pricing works
SOAX has five levels. Sandbox is free to join and has no monthly fee; you buy credits as you need them and pay Sandbox rates. The paid plans are Builder at $200 a month, Team at $500, Scale at $1,500 and Enterprise at $3,000, each plus VAT. A paid plan's fee comes back as prepaid credits, and SOAX says one credit usually represents about $1 of usage.
The rate per gigabyte then depends on the exit country's tier, Sandbox to Enterprise:
- Tier 1, such as the United States: $5.00, $3.00, $2.20, $1.50, and from $0.85/GB
- Tier 2, such as India: $4.00, $2.25, $1.65, $1.15, and from $0.55/GB
- Tier 3: $2.00, $1.20, $0.90, $0.60, and from $0.35/GB
The tier is set by the country of the exit IP, not by where you or the target are. Credits added on Sandbox or a monthly plan expire 60 days after they are added; on an annual plan, after 12 months. There is no free trial: Sandbox is SOAX's no-commitment option.
NyxonProxies, for comparison
NyxonProxies has no tiers and no plans. Premium residential costs $1.10/GB with country, state and city targeting, Residential Budget $0.35/GB with country targeting, and mobile $1.25/GB, in any country it covers. You top up from $1 and the balance never expires.
Residential traffic in practice
Take residential traffic through United States exits, a tier 1 country:
- 10 GB, occasional use: $50 on SOAX Sandbox; $11 premium or $3.50 Budget on NyxonProxies
- 100 GB a month: $300 on SOAX, which its own calculator fits to the Builder plan at $3/GB; $110 or $35 on NyxonProxies
The gap narrows as you commit more, and the tier matters. In tier 1, the NyxonProxies premium price of $1.10 is below SOAX at every level up to Scale ($1.50/GB); only Enterprise, at $3,000 a month and from $0.85/GB, goes lower. In tier 3 countries, SOAX's Team plan ($0.90) and Scale ($0.60) undercut the premium pool. Residential Budget, at $0.35/GB, is below every SOAX rate in every tier, except tier 3 on Enterprise, where the two match. And on NyxonProxies there are no credits to spend before they expire.
Mobile traffic
Because SOAX charges one rate for residential and mobile, its mobile traffic is cheaper than at most providers: the same $3/GB for United States exits on Builder, or $1.50 on Scale. NyxonProxies mobile costs $1.25/GB in 110+ countries, with sticky sessions up to 120 minutes, but it has no exits in the United States. Against SOAX's tier 1 rates, that is lower on every plan except Enterprise: 100 GB costs $300 on SOAX Builder and $125 on NyxonProxies. In tier 2 countries SOAX's Scale plan goes lower, at $1.15, and in tier 3 countries even Builder does, at $1.20.
Targeting, rotation and pool
SOAX targets by country, region, city and ISP on its lower plans, and adds ASN and ZIP targeting from Scale up. Its rotation is configurable: per request, after a number of requests, after a set time, or on error, and you can lock a session to one node. It supports HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, and says it covers 195+ countries with over 12 million residential and mobile IPs.
NyxonProxies residential targets by country and ASN, plus state and city in the US, rotates per request or holds a sticky session for up to 120 minutes, and draws on more than 120 million residential IPs in 160+ countries. Mobile targets carriers by ASN. The sessions guide shows how the username options work.
Payment and refunds
SOAX's pricing FAQ lists major credit and debit cards, with bank transfer available for approved business accounts; its residential page also mentions crypto, after KYC. Payments for plans, top-up credits and overage are generally non-refundable. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the paid period and the account moves to Sandbox, where unexpired credits can still be used at Sandbox rates.
NyxonProxies takes crypto only, with coins such as BTC, ETH, SOL and USDT, and asks for no KYC. Its terms say unused bandwidth is credited back to your balance if the network fails to perform on your target, and refunds of unused balance to a wallet are at its discretion.
What SOAX does better
- Rotation control. Rotate by request count, by time or on error, not just per request or per session.
- Mobile at residential prices. One rate for both, which makes its mobile traffic cheap at higher plans.
- ZIP targeting. ZIP from the Scale plan, which NyxonProxies does not offer.
- Teams. Plans include several seats and separate proxy packages for projects.
Which one to choose
Choose SOAX if you will commit $1,500 to $3,000 a month, need fine rotation rules or ZIP targeting, or run a team that wants separate packages per project.
Choose NyxonProxies if your volume is below that, varies from month to month, or you do not want credits that expire after 60 days, and especially if most of your traffic exits in the United States or other tier 1 countries. It is also the simpler choice if you want to pay in crypto without KYC.
FAQ
Is NyxonProxies cheaper than SOAX? Residential Budget, at $0.35/GB, is cheaper than every SOAX rate except tier 3 on Enterprise, where they match. Premium residential is cheaper for tier 1 countries such as the US on every plan below Enterprise, and so is mobile in the countries it covers (it has no US exits); in tier 2 and tier 3 countries, SOAX's larger plans can go lower.
Do SOAX credits expire? Yes. Credits from Sandbox or a monthly plan expire 60 days after they are added. NyxonProxies balance never expires.
Does SOAX have a free trial? No. Its free Sandbox account has no credits; you buy credits to use it.
Why does SOAX charge different prices by country? It groups countries into three tiers by the cost of serving each market, and the exit IP's country decides the tier.
