NyxonProxies vs Webshare: rotating residential, static IPs and free proxies compared (2026)

Webshare is the cheaper choice for datacenter proxy lists and static IPs, and its free plan really is free. For rotating residential traffic, NyxonProxies costs less at every plan size. Prices, payment, refunds and free tiers side by side.

Webshare built its name on cheap datacenter proxy lists and a free plan that has no time limit, and many developers meet proxies there first. It also sells rotating residential and static residential proxies. NyxonProxies sells residential, mobile, ISP and datacenter proxies by the gigabyte from a prepaid balance. The two overlap most on residential traffic, and they are built very differently around it: Webshare bills a monthly plan by size, NyxonProxies bills what you use. This comparison takes each product in turn, then payment, refunds and free tiers.

Webshare figures come from its pricing and residential proxy pages, checked on 23 October 2026. NyxonProxies prices are from its live catalog on the same day.

Rotating residential proxies

Webshare's rotating residential plans are billed monthly, and the rate falls with plan size:

  • 1 GB: $3.50/GB, $3.50 a month
  • 10 GB: $2.75/GB, $27.50 a month
  • 100 GB: $2.25/GB, $225 a month
  • 1,000 GB: $1.50/GB, $1,500 a month
  • 3,000 GB: $1.40/GB, $4,200 a month

NyxonProxies charges $1.10/GB for its premium residential pool, with country, state and city targeting, and $0.35/GB for Residential Budget, which targets by country. There is no plan and no monthly renewal; you top up and spend.

The same monthly traffic on each:

  • 1 GB: $3.50 on Webshare; $1.10 premium or $0.35 Budget on NyxonProxies
  • 10 GB: $27.50 on Webshare; $11 or $3.50 on NyxonProxies
  • 100 GB: $225 on Webshare; $110 or $35 on NyxonProxies
  • 3,000 GB: $4,200 on Webshare; $3,300 or $1,050 on NyxonProxies

Webshare's residential network is advertised at 80M+ IPs in 195 countries, with targeting by country, state, city, ZIP code and ASN. NyxonProxies has more than 120 million residential IPs in 160+ countries and targets by country and ASN, down to state and city in the US. ZIP targeting is a genuine Webshare advantage if your job depends on it.

Datacenter proxies

This is Webshare's home ground. Its proxy server plans rent lists of datacenter proxies: 10 proxies free, 100 proxies for $2.99 a month, 1,000 proxies for $26.91 a month, with bandwidth allowances from 250 GB up to unlimited under a fair-usage policy, in more than 50 countries.

NyxonProxies datacenter traffic is metered at $0.36/GB, or billed by speed in Mbps per day, from a US pool, and its IPv6 datacenter pool costs $0.10/GB. If you need a big fixed list of datacenter IPs and plenty of bandwidth, Webshare's lists are hard to beat on price. If you want rotating datacenter exits and to pay only for traffic you move, metered pricing fits better.

Static residential (ISP) proxies

Webshare's static residential plans start at $6 a month for 20 proxies, $0.30 per proxy, and fall to $0.225 per proxy at 10,000 proxies. NyxonProxies dedicated ISP IPs cost $3 each for 30 days, and its shared ISP pool is metered at $0.50/GB.

On price per IP, Webshare's plans are far cheaper. Before choosing, compare what each plan includes, such as the bandwidth allowance and whether an IP is yours alone; NyxonProxies' $3 IPs are dedicated to one customer. The ISP vs residential comparison explains when a static IP is the right tool in the first place.

Mobile proxies

Webshare's pricing page lists three products: proxy server, static residential and rotating residential. NyxonProxies also sells mobile proxies, at $1.25/GB in 110+ countries with sticky sessions up to 120 minutes, and IPv6 residential traffic at $0.18/GB.

Payment and refunds

Webshare accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, China UnionPay, JCB, Cartes Bancaires and Interac, plus Google Pay and Apple Pay on mobile devices, and says it has no plans to add other methods. There is no crypto option.

Its refund policy covers cancellations within 2 days of the original payment, provided you have used less than 1 GB on a proxy server or static residential plan, or less than 0.1 GB on a rotating residential plan, and fewer than 1,000 proxies.

NyxonProxies is crypto only, with coins such as BTC, ETH, SOL and USDT, from a $1 minimum top-up, and the balance never expires. Its terms say unused bandwidth is credited back to your balance if the network fails to perform on your target, and refunds of unused balance to a wallet are at its discretion.

Free tiers and verification

Webshare's free plan gives 10 datacenter proxies with up to 1 GB of traffic a month, with no time limit and no credit card. On its residential network some websites are restricted, and Webshare says certain targets can be unblocked after a brief KYC procedure.

NyxonProxies gives 250MB of Residential Budget traffic when you link a Discord account under Freebies, and has no KYC.

What Webshare does better

  • Free datacenter proxies. 10 of them, permanently, with no card.
  • Cheap static IPs and lists. Datacenter lists from $2.99 a month and static residential from $0.30 per proxy.
  • Residential targeting. ZIP targeting, and state and city outside the US.
  • Card payments. Every major card network, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Which one to choose

Choose Webshare if you want a fixed list of datacenter or static residential IPs at the lowest price per IP, need ZIP targeting, or want to pay by card.

Choose NyxonProxies if you buy rotating residential traffic, where both of its pools cost less per gigabyte than Webshare's at every plan size, if you need mobile proxies, or if you would rather pay in crypto for exactly what you use, with no monthly plan.
